Storage and shelf life
Preserve the product in a dry, cool, and ventilated place. Throw it away when the expiration date is over. Avoid serving if the product changes its appearance.
Switching foods
Take it slow, over 7 days.
Switching too fast is the most common cause of an upset tummy. If you see vomiting, diarrhoea for more than two days, or refusal to eat, pause and speak to your vet.
How much should I feed?
Use the calculator above or the table on the pack, split the daily amount into two meals, and adjust by body condition: you should feel the ribs easily without seeing them.
How do I switch from another food?
When you start feeding your dog with Novopet food for the first time, it is recommended to mix it with its current food and gradually increase the quantity of Novopet food for 7 days.
