Switching foods
Take it slow, over 7 days.
Switching too fast is the most common cause of an upset tummy. If you see vomiting, diarrhoea for more than two days, or refusal to eat, pause and speak to your vet.

How do I switch from another food?
To switch your dog’s food to Keos+, it is recommended to mix Keos+ with its current food, then gradually increase the quantity of Keos+ during the course of 7 days.
